Having graduated with honors from the CCBC Massage Therapy Program and I also hold an AA in Humanities & Fine Arts. Awards received: Women in Philanthropy Scholarship, Inductee to the Alpha Eta Honors Society for Allied Health Professionals.
As a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals I'm also certified in the following; CPR, First Aid, and as a Nurturing the Mother Pregnancy Massage Therapist by Claire Marie Miller Seminars, one of the nation's leaders in massage therapy.
My favorite hobbies include swimming, cooking and enjoying great food. I may be a bit biased but I think my tacos and chicken tortilla soup are the best! Fitness and well being are my passion. My own personal journey has transformed me from dealing with chronic pain and a lack of mobility to completing the Iron Girl Columbia Triathlon in 2013 and 2014.
