In 2001, chronic pain left me suddenly sidelined and discouraged. What felt like a setback became a turning point: over time, I rebuilt my health through movement, support, and consistent self-care (including many massages). That journey led me to complete the Iron Girl Columbia Triathlons in 2013 and 2014, as well as the Quantico, Virginia Triathlons in 2018 and 2019. In 2015, I graduated with honors from CCBC’s Massage Therapy Program.

Since then, I’ve been the owner of Coalescence Massage in Towson, MD, where I help clients reduce pain, manage stress, and improve their quality of life through therapeutic massage. My approach blends technical skill with compassion, drawing on both professional training and lived experience to support clients on their own wellness paths.

Conveniently located near Towson University and the Orokawa YMCA, my office offers free parking and a welcoming space for healing and renewal.

My massage therapy education has involved 900+ hours of therapeutic massage and body work study in Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, special populations, body awareness, and wellness support.
