Wellbeing can defined as, “The state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.” Seeking this state of wellbeing through fitness and self-care is Dani’s passion as her own journey has transformed her life from suffering with chronic pain and a lack of mobility to completing the Iron Girl Columbia Triathlons in 2013 and 2014, and the Quantico Tri 2018.
Dani seeks to improve each client’s sense of wellbeing through the use of patient, peaceful and compassionate touch with an undistracted presence. Through the use of a combination of various modalities, she specializes in providing relaxation, pain and/or stress management, and workout recovery.
